Unusual site conditions, complex signs, special engineering, non-standard calculations and
  additional permit requirements may affect the cost.  Analysis of awning and specialty   
  structures will be completed on an hourly basis.  
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.  A 5% discount may be taken if payment is received 
  within 30 days of invoice date. After 30 days, interest will be assessed for late payments at the 
  rate of 1% per month 12% APR.  
We accept Visa and MasterCard as our preferred method of payment.  We also accept AMEX.
Engineering work based on the fee above to include:  
  Design of the concrete footing including reinforcing, primary poles, and or structure.  
  Sealed engineering details and specifications.  
Items not included:  
  Field observations, testing, and additional engineering work required due to varying site 
  conditions or other causes.  
Soil bearing pressures and lateral soil resistance pressures are conservatively assumed.  
It is the contractors/installers responsibility to confirm assumed values.
